I had the privilege of joining Spot right from the start. Our initial objective was to identify and attain Product-Market Fit. It was the beginning of an exciting journey.
Understanding business goals and user needs was paramount. I conducted discovery sessions with stakeholders and user interviews, which helped refine our personas and support data-driven decision-making.
Together with stakeholders, we ran planning sessions to establish a clear direction: identifying branding and marketing needs, defining the product's information architecture, and prioritizing key features into a comprehensive product roadmap.


During the design phase, we employed a diverge / converge process to gather feedback and iterate on our proposals. Our focus was consistently solving user needs and delivering incremental value.


After establishing an MVP, we prioritized gathering user feedback to uncover frustrations and perceptions of the product's value. These insights guided data-driven decisions, improved usability, and clarified our progress toward product-market fit.
