Hi, I'm Yanina. I lead design on the problems nobody has figured out yet.

I came up through visual and brand design and grew into product, enterprise, and AI, so I move between business strategy, user needs, and the craft of the interface without losing any of them. Most of my work lives in high-stakes, regulated products: payroll and HR at Paychex, banking at Banco Macro, financial news at Dow Jones.

The work I'm proudest of is where AI meets enterprise software. At Paychex I led the design of an AI agent orchestrator across eight product teams, and along the way I've led and mentored design teams and built the systems that let a product scale.
